Online training is all about empowering you with the program, tools, and resources needed to take you from the initial fitness assessment phase right through to designing progressive fitness programs of all levels, from sports training to corrective exercise.
You will receive unlimited e-mail question and answer sessions and weekly consultations for each week. During each consult, your program will be analyzed and changed according to your needs and goals. Goals will be taken into consideration and changes in workout needs will be made based clients needs. Workouts programs and training strategies will be discussed and given through the consultations.
This is a great program for those who workout at home but needs to take it to the next level. You will have the advantage of a professional coach at your fingertips.

A workout for those on the go, that are looking for a challenging workout with proven results and do not have the use of equipment. Great for anyone that travels, and has limited equipment. A pull-up bar is recommended.

1 minute work with 30 seconds rest – this is meant to be fast paced, high intensity!
squats – rest – crunches – jumping jacks – rest – pushups – pull-ups – repeat 4 times.
