About me……
I grew up (somewhat) on a 20 acre horse farm in a rural SC.
I still enjoy the farm projects and cutting firewood.
I dislike the need to talk about myself.
graduate of Ga. Southern University with a BS in Health Science.
In 1996 24 of us cycled across America to raise money and awareness for people with disabilities.
winner of many cycling races in my career, also a medalist in 2 Ga. State track events.
Master’s in IT from AIU. I continue to build my own websites.
worked as a software engineer for a .com company.
I started personal training just after the .com crash.
never stop learning.
I still enjoy cycling A LOT! I currently have 5 different bikes.
I continue to race 12 hour team races, dirty duathlons. Maybe a 6 hour solo this year.
I enjoy cooking, chess and Texas Hold ‘em and traveling.
I am also interested in Real Estate investing.
